Bihar HRMS Guide is a public-interest information website built to help lakhs of Bihar government employees make sense of the state's Human Resource Management System.
We do not host any salary data, service records or personal information. All examples on this site are illustrative and drawn from publicly available government notifications, service rules and user manuals.
This is not the official website of the Government of Bihar. Every official transaction — login, payslip download, leave application, service book, transfer, promotion and pension — must be carried out on hrms.bihar.gov.in.
