Log in → Service Book → Request Correction.
- 2Select the entry
Pick the incorrect entry — posting, promotion or family detail.
- 3Upload proof
Attach official orders or documents proving the correction.
- 4Submit
DDO verifies; the change is finalised by the competent authority.
Legally valid
The digital service book downloaded from HRMS is legally valid and accepted for all official purposes, including pension processing.
