- 2Enter Employee ID
Type the same Employee ID you use to log in.
- 3Enter registered mobile
Enter the mobile number saved in your HRMS profile.
- 4Verify OTP
Enter the 6-digit OTP received on your mobile. It expires in 10 minutes.
- 5Set a new password
Must be 8+ characters with letters, numbers and a symbol. Cannot repeat the last 3 passwords.
- 6Log in with new password
You are now redirected to the login page. Use the new password to sign in.
OTP not arriving?
Check network signal, DND status on transactional SMS, and confirm the mobile in HRMS matches your active SIM. If needed, ask your DDO to update the mobile in HRMS.
