Travel to the declared hometown as per the frequency notified for your cadre.

Up to 90% of estimated fare can be drawn as advance before travel.

Take approved leave
LTC can only be claimed while on approved earned leave.

Travel and keep tickets
Preserve boarding passes and tickets — you will need them for the claim.

Open Claims → LTC
Fill destination, dates and mode of travel.

Upload proofs
Attach tickets, boarding passes and a self-declaration.

Submit for approval
DDO verifies and forwards for sanction.
