Submit a medical claim

   Open Claims → Medical

   Log in and go to the Claims module.

   Enter patient details

   Choose self or dependent from your family list.

   Enter treatment details

   Hospital, doctor, dates and nature of treatment.

   Upload bills

   All original bills, prescriptions and discharge summary in one PDF.

5. 5
   Submit for approval

   Claim is reviewed by DDO and forwarded for sanction.
