Update Mobile Number on HRMS

Change the mobile number linked to your Bihar HRMS account in a secure OTP-verified flow.

Go to Profile → Contact Details
Click the Edit icon next to Mobile Number.

Enter the new mobile
Type the 10-digit Indian mobile number without country code.

Verify with dual OTP
One OTP is sent to the new mobile and one to the old mobile (if active).

Save
The change is effective immediately for all future OTPs and notifications.

Lost access to old mobile?

If the old mobile is inactive, submit a mobile-update request through your DDO with a self-attested ID proof and a written declaration.
